5 steps away from receiving your Medal

STEP 1. Place your order on our secure website.

1.1 Type in your personal text under the Medal Singapore that you wish to purchase and click on the PLACE ORDER button.

1.2 When all the items you wish to purchase are in your shopping cart, proceed with the checkout process and complete the order online by following the prompts.

1.3 Your information is safe and secure. All the credit card sensitive data is transmitted via a secure protocol and encrypted by 128K encryption key. In addition, we do NOT share customers’ information or personal data with any entities.

1.4  Upon completion of the checkout process, we will email you a confirmation of your order.

1.5 Our friendly customer service associates will assist you with your online order. Simply call our customer service number 65-6298-4988.

STEP 2. Email your logo or images 

2.1 If you wish to customise your medal, reply back to our order confirmation email with an attachment of your logo or artwork file.

STEP 3. Print and review your artwork proof

3. 1 We will work on an artwork proof for you when we receive your logo.

3.2 We encourage customers to print and review the proofs as soon as possible to avoid delay. Each order will receive two (2) complimentary proofs. Additional subsequent proofs are billed at $15.00 per proof.

3.3 It is the customers’ responsibility to review their proofs for spelling and grammar mistakes. We do not correct spelling or grammar mistakes typed by the customer.

3.4 When you accept the artwork proof, reply back to us with a confirmation email to proceed with the production (preferably within 2 work days after you receive the artwork from us). We’ll not proceed with the job unless a customer has reviewed and approved the artwork proof.

STEP 4. Production

4.1  Production typically takes 3 business weeks depending on the production schedule, parts availability and order complexity. Call our customer service number 65-6298-4988 to know the production schedule.

STEP 5. Shipping & delivery

5.1. When the order is shipped we email customers a shipping notification. You can track and anticipate timely delivery.
