STEP 1. Place your order on our secure website.

1.2 When all the items you wish to purchase are in your shopping cart, please proceed with the checkout process and complete the order on-line by following the prompts.

1.4 Upon completion of the checkout process, we will email you a confirmation of your order.

STEP 2. Email your logo or images or QR code
2.1 If you wish to personalize your trophy with your logo, reply back to our order confirmation email with an attachment of your logo or artwork file.
STEP 3. Print and review your artwork proof
3. 1 We will work on an artwork proof for you when we receive your logo.
3.2 We encourage customers to print and review the proofs as soon as possible to avoid delay. Each order will receive two (2) complimentary proofs. Additional subsequent proofs are billed at $15.00 per proof.
3.3 It is the customers’ responsibility to review their proofs for spelling and grammar mistakes. We do not correct spelling or grammar mistakes typed by the customer.
3.4 When you accept the artwork proof, reply back to us a confirmation email to proceed with the production. We do not process the job unless a customer has reviewed and approved the artwork proof.
STEP 4. Production
4.1 Production typically take 3 business weeks depending on production schedule, parts availability and order complexity. Call our customer service number 65-6298-4988 to know the production schedule.
STEP 5. Shipping & delivery
5.1. When the order is shipped, we email customers a shipping notification. You can track and anticipate timely delivery.
