STEP 2. Email your logo or images.

2.1 If you wish to personalize your trophy with your logo and custom message, reply back to our order confirmation email with an attachment of your logo or artwork file.

2.2 Be mindful that the maximum print area of every trophy or plaque is different. When you are personalizing your message, read about guidelines on legibility here

STEP 3. Print and review your artwork proof.

3.1 We will work on an artwork proof for you when we receive your logo.

3.2 We encourage you to print and review the proofs as soon as possible to avoid delay. Each order will receive two (2) complimentary proofs. Additional subsequent proofs are billed at $15.00 per proof.

3.3 It is your responsibility to review their proofs for spelling and grammar mistakes. We do not correct spelling or grammar mistakes typed by the customer.

3.4 When you accept the artwork proof, reply back to us a confirmation email to proceed with the production. We do not process the job unless a customer has reviewed and approved the artwork proof.
